Instead of being put on hold or a queue, the automated message tells you “experiencing higher than normal call volumes. Call back later” and hangs up.
You can never talk to another person, or get any questions answered.

Very difficult to talk and get information when trying to get licensed in the state, guy answering is very rude and will hang up on you for ask questions, but your state needs healthcare workers

Like other reviewers have stated, the person answering the phones is a scammer demanding your social security number and personal information when my question was not requiring this. They hang up on you if you don’t provide this. Do not bother calling.

Guy asked me for my social security number, I asked what for, and he says "quit being difficult" then hangs up. Not professional at all.
