Not bad for a department store but as fast as they go through employees and as long as I've been a carpenter I know the store better than a lot of people there. And you don't have many incentives for their contractors anymore. But I wish they did. There return policy is ridicules. They do have a pretty good selection of lumber and tools

You might want to check online (craftsman's site, amazon, etc) since Home Depot doesn't carry thay brand.

I got my water heater in Jacksonville. Be VERY careful about home depot install. I did it myself because online reviews of the home depot install were VERY bad.
