If I could I would give ZERO stars. This pharmacy is the worst! It took them a week to fill a new prescription! It took 3 requests online before my prescription was filled. It shouldn't take 7 to 10 days to get a prescription refilled. No one answers the phone either in the pharmacy or store. I would never refer anyone to this pharmacy. Will probably transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy so I can be sure to get my refills when I need them. The last time I picked up my prescription the clerk was having an issue with the pharmacist of not doing something she told him to do and her attitude spilled over to me. No longer a fan of Grass Valley Rite Aid.

The pharmacy here has gotten horrible drive thru has closed and associates are rude they don’t answer the phone and apparently they don’t check their fax machine, I doctor fax prescription twice and they say they never received it so I had to physically bring in my prescription employee that helped me yashika what is the most unpleasant rudest employee I have ever seen.

Terrible. They just don’t care. I have very serious cancer treatments and need my pain relievers or I can’t do anything besides lay on the floor and scream in pain. Does this matter to them? No it doesn’t.

Pharmacy took 9 days to fill a medication. No one answers the phones and no ability to leave a VM, so you have to physically go in and wait in a long line to talk to anyone to twist their arm to get it done, and then go back and wait again when it's finally ready. Also, they were closed during the day when they were supposed to be open with no sign on when they would be back.
