Dr.s and staff was really great. But for a surgical patient that has to wait for a room is totally ridiculous. The room should have been ready When the patient came out of recovery. We have been waiting for a room now for over 2 hour's. Family need to see their loved one's after major surgery.

The physicians are mostly ok, with some exceptional ones, however I'm not really reviewing the staff as much as I am Mercy Inc. as a whole. The management/mid-level administration and satan are one in the same. As a customer I would never use mercy or anything affiliated with them. They willfully abuse their billing system. They really should abandon the facade or illusion that they are somehow doing work through Christ. They are simply in it for profit and Christ and patients are a fast second.

Drove a friend for testing, no issues or concerns. Everyone was friendly π₯π¨π·

Terribly run institution from a financial standpoint. Constant billing mistakes, overcharging, and turning paid invoices over to collections. Mercy has become too large by gobbling up all the independent medical clinics.

Probably at a hospital in a surgery room I think they have a floor that does that type of surgery
In the NSI building (the pyramid building). I think you can only enter through one door, probably the north side. There should be signs posted. Mercy is only hosting the Health Department's clinics which are appointment only.
Mercy has 7 neurologists in their Mercy Clinic Neurology. All of them have experience with Parkinsonβs Patients. The clinic is located in the Mercy Neurosciences Institute Building (the building with the glass pyramid). https://www.mercy.net/practice/mercy-clinic-neurology-oklahoma-city-suite-218/
Yes we do
At some doors, not all.
Depends on the type of info you are wanting.
Only one visitor is allowed if you're having a procedure done. You and your party of 1 must wear a mask.
No, it is not
Please contact your doctor's office for your code. You may also register using your personal information.
Hi Albert, thank you for reaching out. We recommend you direct all vaccine questions to your physician. They will know your medical history and be able to provide the best direction for your health.
Probably the best way to receive an education video is to talk to your doctor and ask them if they have one on file with a link you can follow.
Yes at the NeroScience building. You have to have an appointment through the Health Department.
I'm assuming they would, but no one would be able to go back with them. Call the main line and ask for the nurse's desk for the patient. They can tell you for sure.

Mercy Hospital opened in its current location (Meridian Ave and Memorial Rd) in 1974. In 1947 the Sisters of Mercy purchased the Oklahoma City General Hospital (located at NW 13th and Walker Ave) which was renamed Mercy Hospital. They remained at the original location on NW 13th Street until moving to far northwest Oklahoma City in 1974.
