This is my 3rd year living at the woods and I like it! The staff here are so sweet and polite. One thing I like is that they try to accommodate and make sure that your living space is as comfortable as possible. I love how they have a fitness center, for student athletes to use or just anyone to use to help with physical health. They also have a grand piano in the clubhouse and that is very beneficial for me as being a music student because I can easily access it and it’s not even a 2 minute walk from my home.

Overall terrible and a scam. Forced to live here yet it’s way overpriced, WiFi is awful, apartments are not clean upon move in. Have a plethora of issues that take far too long to resolve, and there’s mold everywhere. Also upon move out they will try to charge you for anything and everything. Shouldn’t be in business and only are because Millikin forces sophomores and juniors to live there.

Subleasing is allowed. A subleasing fee must be paid and the new roommate needs to provide us with a Guaranty of Lease.
All rooms are fully furnished, including HDTVs, couch, chair or sectional in the living room as well as tables, full size beds up on lofts with a computer desk, chair and dresser in each bedroom!
