Nice atmosphere! Brisket was tender and not dry, but over-smoked and under-seasoned, and the sauce is pretty insipid. Loving that warm potato salad! 👍 $1.79 to put cheese on my dinner salad? 👎 shame on you!! (oh and it never got added to my salad, btw). I did get a nice piece of plastic cellophane in with my brisket, which you can keep next time. :-/

I used to dine here all the time. It's gone down hill. The food is literally garbage, menus sticky, floor gross. Brisket was microwaved and really... Low quality. Fries with old oil used to fry other things instead of just potatoes. 3 of us, there for a birthday. Staff was very nice. In the past, I've done volleyball here. I used to go here before the remodel of the smoking patio, and right after they put it in. It's just a way lower quality than it used to be.

I believe the chicken should have been replaced with a completely cooked meal, or the meal should have been comped. I'm curious as to whether you spoke with the manager? I personally have never had a bad meal at Ethyl's.
Whole grain bread seeeeriously? This is not a place to go for "healthy options" its mabee a step above your regular sports bar but thats just because its not a chain. If you want some good ol greasy bbq this is the place to go, otherwise stick to the whole food for you whole grain breads lol...
