My brother came here and due to staff shortages, he wasn’t able to do have the stuff they said he needed to do when he got there for his first appointment. The oncologist he seen was not very educated on anything or the type of diseases he has that causes certain cancers and is doing very little to look into what is causing his symptoms. Most of my family that went there, they have done very little for. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Everything is insurance based and they only care about people they can make money off of.

I was walking in with my mom for her appointment and I heard a woman in business casual attire yelling at one of her employees in maroon scrubs. Poor girl looked so uncomfortable getting yelled at in an area that people could hear. Extremely unprofessional, makes me nervous for how she is behind closed doors with all the employees.

My grandmother and I are in disbelief seeing how Catrina conducts herself everytime we are there. Catrina is extremely disrespectful to other employees. She often speaks in a rude and condescending manner, belittling others. Her tone and the pure evil in her voice was beyond anything I'd ever witnessed from a healthcare provider. She has absolutely no business being around patients. This so called "RN" Catrina makes me question Illinois Cancer Care. I can't believe they would allow someone like her to represent them. I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere. I wouldn't even trust Catrina with my dog, much less an elderly person.

The staff, nurses and Dr Liu are the most caring group of medical providers I've come across. The lab staff and MOAs are fantastic. I never dreamed I would need a place like this, but I am darned glad they were/are here for me.
