Most the people were great help, until I wanted to change the classification of my license. I had to back to get a picture and cherries was terrible making me to place another appointment when no one was at the counter or the picture both. Pretty short and very little help

I think most of it is the same but you never know what traffic laws have been changed, recreational marijuana became legal in 2020 for example, I'd imagine the newer books have something to say about driving under the influence of legal weed. Download the newest version, or pick up a new copy just to be safe
I don't think so .. Once is expired is expired thats why you can go renew it a moth ahead in case you have to do the Tests .
