At first, I thought I was going to be left in the dark but they come threw for me. I reached out to them by email & they reached back out to me the next day. After a few emails back & forward, they got my information & I have gotten a email confirming my birth certificate is being sent out to me. Thanks for the help.

I order my Birth certificate july 19 2022 and still haven't received anything !! When I call the number it's not working!! When I email i get a automated message..If was a simple name change!! I have called the governor office to file a complaint but haven't heard back !! I don't know if my item were received or not !! This has to be crime !! People can't conduct business without their Birth Certificate !! I'm about to give the news station a call and file a lawsuit !! Can't call, office closed, no one responds to the emails..What are we supposed to do?? No one cares !! I will get springfield illinois looked into if this is the Last Thing I Do !!

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It shouldn't take months to get a copy of a birth certificate. Illinois needs some better politicians that fund their public services. Stop putting small government Republicans in charge, they don't care about funding government services.

THIS IS THE MOST DIFFICULT TASK TO GET COMPLETED THROUGH THIS AGENCY. IN TODAY'S TECHNOLOGY, YOU WOULD THIS WOULD BE EASIER!

I need a certified copy of my mothers birth certicates. I need both the handwritten form and the printed form.
How can i get a copy of my birth certificate from il. But Im living in florida now
It should not take that long gove them a call. I got mine when I came in and turned the form in about a week or two after.
It's ridiculous that they have no one to answer the phone I've been calling for over a week already and nothing...😏
You can reach them through your doctor.
You can download the application from the website Dph.illinois.gov the application has all the information you need
Try going up to the county building and asking vital records has been closed for two years now I was told me
Right now they are taking about 8 to 10 weeks to process requests
The office is not open for walk ins. They do have a Dropbox
We are not currently open to public walk-ins. However, we do have a drop-off box in front that is checked daily.
The current processing time is six to eight weeks if you mailed in the request. About a week if you ordered online
10$ for a general certified one. And 15$ for the time and parents name on it. U can buy an additional copy for just 2 dollars. If u use a debit or credit card they charge $2.50
Call the county clerk for Henry, IL (Marshall?).
You would have to call the adoption unit and talk to them if you were adopted.
$20 mailed $30 @ dvr
You can call them to check on the status. 217 782 6554. Thier processing time is usually 6 to 8 weeks
This place deals with birth records. Referring to a paper sign on the door going in. I would call them, ask Who would have that info.
I believe ID & social security card
There are alternative forms of ID accepted by the Vital Records office. Check dph.illinois.gov
If you haven't received it by 3/12/2019, please call.
You can ask to your local "County Health Department" they keep immunization records for the County.
Typically, around 15 dollars.
I want all of my original information not half it I don't care if you change history records or whatever is stored I do not what an amended document I do not care about I dont care about my amended name a way tts not who I am if you don't understand that's not my problem
I hope they did finally get that to you hon, they should have given you a timeframe instead of hoping you would run across that little part out of all that text on the website that says it can take 8 weeks.
You can get a copy at the state office (via mail, online, fax or walk into the office) or you must go through the county in which you were born.
Hiw ling dies it take to deliver your copy
