Nice flying J location with plenty of parking for 18 wheelers and the employees are great, showers and restrooms are always clean and well maintained.

Everything was great until I stepped in the shower(8). The store was clean and there are lots of parking and really really good pizza. The shower was clean as well and you couldn’t tell anything was wrong Buuuuut the drain was clogged which is disgusting 🤮🤢 its a public shower so you know its not just your dirty water you’re standing in. Im giving 1⭐️ because you guys chose to ignore it. Im paying for the shower so I shouldn’t have to stand in dirty water while showering. Aslo the toilet leaks.

Love this place will start making here when I travel to St. Louis nice ppl chill and quiet atmosphere nice green grass. Everyone help keep this place nice. Maybe a little less trashy and more classy love the white bud tree thanks to all that participate in what you do here at this location

Very poor customer service. Myself and another guest were interested in items from the hotcase. 2 female employees were standing in front of it, one apparently off the clock as she had on a personal jacket and purse. The two employees, one by the name of "Shawn" proceeded to have a personal conversation with an exiting customer and completely ignored us standing there in front of the case however the employee "Shawn" made a point to look our way a few times and even very slowly slide in our direction, however still providing no acknowledgement that we were there but continued laughing and carrying on with the leaving customer. I decided not to purchase any further items and am sorry I stopped at this location to pump nearly a thousand dollars in fuel. This is a failure on customer service and perhaps a coaching situation. Personal conversations need to be brief and when you have customers waiting, a polite 'one moment ' or some form of acknowledgement is due and conversations of a non-business manner CEASE! This is where Pilot falls short from Loves and even TA. Too many people with a lack of attention to detail and care to put their best foot forward on all transactions, every time. If you treat customers poorly, especially from "Mega Carrier" companies, believe me, this information DOES go up the ladder when its time for contracts to be re-negotiated.
