The room was clean and neat for a motel. There was cable, a refrigerator and microwave, and plenty of hot water. The AC was good too. Simple decor but pretty. Comfortable mattress. We got a good night sleep.

Very disappointed. I do not believe this hotel is even worth spending one night inside it for health reasons. Especially, please do not bring your children here. My stay was a last minute decision so I didn't see the surrounding area until the morning. The Area is not worth stopping thru too. There is no variety of restaurants, just a McDonalds and a Liquor Store. The furniture is dated. I discovered roaches in the room. It is located on a busy highway inwhich semi-trucks were constantly passing by. The traffic noise is really loud during all times of the day and night. The walls are thin so you hear everything in your neighbors rooms even their conversations (awful). The Owners/Housekeeping Staff were rude and unclean. There were no hotel phones inside the rooms so guests couldn't make phone calls for emergencies. I had no Internet or phone signal at the hotel either so it is very shady. Do not stay, it does not appear safe. Check out is at 10am and they came hitting on the door at 9:57am. There is no info about the hotel in the rooms. To access the room, they give you a keychain with an actual key and there is no security lock latch to keep outsiders from breaking into your room. The a/c unit is extremely loud and will wake you up out of your sleep. The furniture has to be atleast 70 years old, the couch was so smelly, stained and full of burn holes. The bed spread on the bed was old and smelled. The curtains had burn holes and duck tape on them. I witnessed the housekeeping just leaving the bedding sheets on the parking lot floor while cleaning (awful). It appears to be alot of local residents that live at this motel. They were not friendly and do not like actual guests that aren't from their town. They were playing their music loud and yelling at each other. Do not let the exterior fool you because the rooms are awful and the neighboring guests are too. Someone suggested just staying for one night but I definitely wouldn't suggest that. A Health Inspector needs to inspect this hotel. It was so dirty and the furniture is so stained and smelly. Please take heed and try other hotels. Their reviews are not good and they are accurate. This place was awful and should have a one star rating because of the unclean, dated, bug infested rooms, unpleasant surrounding and rude staff.

Ridiculously overpriced. Paid $70 after agreeing to $60 and the room was old and dirty. 1950s deco. Candle wax melted onto bed. Hair and other stuff in shower drain. Smelled funky. Claimed to be pet friendly but overcharged for that too and made me walk my dog off the property close to a busy road and in a bad area. Pretty sure a guy was casing the rooms as he stopped at every window and looked in eyed my hubby hard and then jumped in a car after doing another lap.
