I was helping my mom get a phone so I went with her to metro to get her a new one and Pedro store manager treated us very badly, he gave us the phone but they didn't have the temper glass and case. And he instead of telling us he gave us the wrong case and glass I confronted him about it when I got out of the car and realized he acted all inosent, then he told us that he didn't have the case and said to come pick it up the next week so we did and he was denying that he gave us the wrong case, as an act of rudeness he not only did not clean the screen or help he put his fat thumbs in the middle of the screen and now there's a thumb print on my mom's phone and to make matters worse he didn't out it correctly it is crocked and has many Bublles,
