Ordered a Carmel latte tasted like water no Caramel was even tasted no sugar no nothing they messed up my order and this is a first for this location but they also charge more for the iced coffee then the Dunkin on grape avenue in saint cloud

Get in early if you want breakfast cause they run out of food quick and some french curler donuts.

Don't know what is up with this DD first time I know the kid kept one of my gift cards tgat had atleast $15 on it. Who knows if it was on purpose.But today they wouldn't give my husband half of my order nine of the dozen donuts I ordered & paid for on the app.He told them he's missing half the order still,he tells my husband that he needs to bring my phone up there and SHOW THEM.Are you kidding me! So I had to go drop what I was doing and go all the way up there to get my kids donuts! The manager proceeds to say I don't know why they didn't give you your whole order its right here! Well then why don't you talk & train your employees?!They could at least given a voucher or free donuts,the app is supposed to be convenient but it's second time they been a major inconvenience.The price and wait time has went up so I've just been going next door to Star bucks due to the professionalism , and without being a major inconvenience.And DD prices going upbthey won't be able to compete anymore.
