Last time I came in with my daughter the man working at the cash register told me he had to go inside her tiny backpack and tried to illegally search her. I knew that was wrong and told him you can’t just accuse a child of stealing with no concrete evidence. He said it was a policy! I told him to show me the policy and he then turns to his manager who gives him a look. I was so upset I opened the backpack myself to show them how ridiculous it was that he wanted to randomly search my child. Nothing was in there of course! This store needs better management and accountability for their actions when they do wrong to their customers.

There are bins outside that you can drop donations in at anytime.
They do at Thrift Store City in Norfolk on Little Creek rd. Also at Thrift Store USA on the same street.
I've seen trucks there, but I'm not sure they pick up for Family Thrift, Salvation Army does though, and Habitat For Humanity
All customers and employees are required to wear masks; however most customers do not follow 6ft apart guidelines except when heading to the registers to pay and that's only because the store has set up point to wait and stand.
I love them and great price, however the women their are rude and do not excuse me when getting by you. I'm a women and I move out the way for them just to still have them rude. The men their are awesome and need to be recognized for their work performance.
