I like working there when I first started there for 5years start to get burned out on working there with working 16 hours just about every time Bryan Manor dose care if you have a family or life outside of work they. And they think having a sin on bounce will help get the numbers up to have staff there. And the reason why they have big overturn is the new staff see what is like working there and get mandate all the tim.they need to get rid of the management up front and quit changing the rules there like the rules are changing all the time

This place is so bad for a dozen reasons I can think off of the top of my head. Namely the use of 30 year old practices the administration use to justify their own actions. A second reason is that most of the administrators suffer from "job burn out" and they just don't care. They've seen it all and you can teach them nor tell them anything they don't already know. The supervisors have a superiority complex as they attempt to shame, threaten, and discipline the lower staff for the most minor infractions of the "Bryan Manor Laws". The QMRPs at this facility are just as complacent as the rest of the administrators. There are a few note worthy staff her that raise the bar. Joe W, Deb C, Bobby O, the floor nurses, and the activity director. Who was a supervisor for some time before the old activity director was fired for making the lower staff(DSPs) "stand with their noses to the wall like children". The individuals who live out here are lucky in some regards as they get fed eventually, bathed when possible, and PT/OT may even put splints on them and run their programs, if they themselves are not pulled to work on the floor. I imagine when the older admins retire and/or die off a new wave of people will take their places. I hope that changes things because the individuals at Bryan Manor deserve more.

This place is a joke.

I just wanted to let everyone how much Bryan Manor meant to my sister and her husband whose brother was in their care for years. Unfortunately, he has succumb to his poor health and his body could no longer fight the infections. The staff and his caregivers have touched our hearts. It's hard enough to have a family member in a long term facility. But, it was clearly the best decision ever for Russell. Thank you from the bottom of the hearts from his family.

Yes
I don't know. Our involvement with Bryan Manor was because of a family member that had long term care there.
