0 stars ! Do not recommend!!! I was sent to ER by the Ssm Clinic for an MRI. Sat in pain 7 hrs! Still never got to see a DR! After 7 hr of waiting they announced they no longer do MRIs on the weekend.. funny I got here at 4pm on a Friday if you had got me in we could have got that MRI done! This is negligence! If your in pain find a different ER! These people are careless & just hatful they would never treat their own family the way I was treated! Smh! Just trashy!

I really don't have anything good to say about 90 percent is the er staff. Lack of care lack of experience lack of education. I think someone had their grandma come in and write people's names down because she was super lost. I may have to travel a bit but I'm done with this pretend nurse and doctor business everytime I go there. May your karma be public to those you let suffer.ok I had to add this because I noticed your response comment. You employees are heartless. You are not sorry just look at your reviews it been like this for years. Under staffed under qualified and heartless. Don't waste your time on a response fix your hospital. I among many other people suffer dearly when we come to you for help. Go run a trash business.
