First I paid $40 for 3 pizzas I was told were going to be 7.99 , but not only that, I checked curbside on the order described that I had a white Dodge Challenger, I waited outside atleast 30mins when I decided to step in. Remind you, I was the only car in there 5 car parking lot. So it couldn’t have been any confusions ( I was apparently) because I stepped in & asked how come no one brung it out to me, she said well because you didn’t check in, & I apologized like, sorry I wasn’t informed clearly but I still feel it’s un fair to just have me sit why you guys sit in here on your phone. Pizza just sitting getting cold. But okay, won’t return, & the curbside is false advertisement , that’s not how curbside works in real life. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I placed a delivery order at like 11am for an event I was having. Instead of taking that into account, this store opted to take more orders than they had drivers. I started calling the store about my 730 delivery at 740, all the way up to 820 when it finally arrived - no one ever answered the phone. At that point, the event was over and everyone had left, so I refused the delivery. I am owed a refund of nearly $80. I continued to try and call the store (no answer) and was told by the delivery driver that the manager would call me - also did not happen. I just want my refund!! No one seems to answer the phones at this store.

I like this Domino's location. I've never delivered out of here because Domino's does their own deliveries. However I do like to come and order cheesy bread and cheesy bites and etc and the occasional pizza if I'm feeling extra hungry. Domino's does not give me heartburn like some of the pizza restaurants do and so I enjoy it for that reason as well. I don't know if that has to do with ingredients or or what but I just know it doesn't give me heartburn and that makes me happy. As far as the food is concerned well I keep coming back so obviously although I'm not a big connoisseur of the menu I can only talk about pizza and cheesy bread but those two things they do very well and what more is to say? I mean I keep coming back right. When I order it typically I will order it through the Domino's app on my phone. It comes with a handy pizza tracker and tells me exactly when to be there, literally when it's coming out the oven. I can be walking to the door and take it on my way. They don't take forever to cook pizzas which is convenient because sometimes I'm in between deliveries and I need something fast and some places take 20 or 30 minutes to cook a pizza, whereas Domino's typically at least this location 10 minutes or less it's ready. This is for pickup mind you I can't speak to their delivery. I can only speak to picking up which I do for myself. Overall no problems here never had the wrong order when I arrived, never picked up the wrong order, never had the wrong order in the box or any of the myriad other issues that pizza places usually have. Overall I would recommend to all my neighbors on the west side. Your mileage may vary.

If I could give this location a negative rating, I would! Their employer Charles was VERY unprofessional by calling me out a degrading feminine name, that was highly unnecessary as I never acted out of character until that moment! No one in customer service should EVER feel comfortable enough to address someone as a bi**h for ANY reason whatsoever! I hope this doesn't get ignored!

Ordered at 915 and just got mine.
I just drive over there but I'm only over there when everything else is closed.
They don't have anything! Their customer service is horrible, & management doesn't follow up. They keep their phone on silent due to lack of staff so you'll never get an answer

This is local guides on google maps, we don't work for dominos. I would call and b polite, it usually works, they will probably replace ur order.

Lol they pick and choose when they can handle it... they are short staffed I guess.... and rude about it. Put an order in around 730 and they "forgot" me til 10... tried to call in order once and they said no delivery, but I could still select that option online... didn't test that one.
When calling speak to the manager and let them know that u are not happy with the service and shouldn't have to pay for all or some of the order. If the pizza is not there, dont pay
They cancelled my order Saturday night then made another order and it never went in the oven until I drove up there and replaced the order and sat there and waited on them to make it they said they tried to call me but my phone never rang.
