Came in for an inspection and all went fine, but when I drove off there was a vibration and clicking sound coming from the front tire. When I parked I found some sort of metal bolt in my tire. When I went back, in less than an hour, they charged me to fix the tire even though their shop was the only the place the bolt could have gotten in the tire. It’s truly aggravating and I will now avoid this and all Firestones from now on.

Don't do it. Don't waste your time or money here. It's not worth. I bought a set of tires there and these tires aren't worth the amount that I paid for them. They over sale things. You don't get what you pay for. Don't do it.

I have an old truck that I use for fishing and trips to Lowes as I am renovating my home. I realized that my tags were out by a few days so I went in for an inspection. I waited over an hour for a basic inspection. My car was done for almost 30 minutes before anyone called me up to settle the bill. The truck failed because it needs two tires and one of the taillights is cracked. Which is fine, its an old truck and I barely drive it. Ive only put 9k miles on it in the last 4 years. They didn't even offer to sell me a new set of tires(which I was expecting, and would have purchased) or to give me an estimate to repair the tail light. Now I have to find someone else to do the work so I can get my project truck back on the road. They charged me for the labor and sent me on my way without offering any service or solutions. A waste of an hour and $22.75

in regards, they have no safety concerns. came in for a simple quick and easy tire patch (10-20 min job) and was told they wouldn’t have time to do it.
