Deny emergency mental health care, hung up on and completely blew off my family member after calling the mental health emergency services line, founded complaints of which they retaliate against you for. Paper pushing bureaucracy, beyond incompetent, is the worst city in Hampton Roads for mental health care. They work harder to not get you any services. Awful and disgraceful, and we wonder why there is a mental health crisis.
