Annual stays are available. They have some cute cookie cutter cottage, RV Sites and are even selling cottages so whatever the situation you have many options here. Being part of a large corporation I believe all of their hirings are done by submitting a resume online.

They do have a section full of annual RVs. They may have a waiting list on annual RV but I believe they have openings for cabins. New areas are opening up so you really should call. I dont believe any employees follow social media sites to answer questions.

You must have a stay of 30 days or more to use your own golf cart. They rent them at $54 a day. They may have reduced rates for long term. State law prohibits use of the carts on the road outside of the park and the closest major shopping is about 30 minutes by car. Beach area is about 45 minutes away, it is closed this winter. It does have a pool, hot tub and beach access in N. Myrtle beach.

Cabins have room for vehicles and golf carts only. U would probably have to rent a rv spot to park it there on the property I dont think they have an overflow lot.

They do do ling term. We are staying 3 months. You can stay longer. Depending on what time of year and how long you stay will determine cost. We love it here. Check it out.

None of the water slides are open right now. They do have small arcade, mini golf and mini bowling. The outdoor pools and hot tub is open and heated they have gas fires between the pool and the bar. From what I can tell of the water slide is that children 5-15 will have fun and the older kids would probably get bored. I have not been here while the slide was open so I hope I explained it fairly. Warmer weather will make quite a difference here. They are making changes all of the time.

Good question Ray. However, I'm not the man to field it. I'm the lead plumber ont that job, and all I can tell you is, its still under construction.

I do not know about the park hiring. I am the lead plumber. It's still fairly early in construction. However there is an office trailer at the HWY 90 entrance. I would go there and try talking to someone during the week. Hope this helps.
