After being totally dissatisfied with Lowes, I went to EE. Raven took total control and identified all my concerns about warranties, delivery, installation issues, and most of all customer satisfaction. The world needs more people like her and would highly recommend her as a store manager.

I went into Electronic Express, in search of purchasing a computer desk. I was helped by a very polite gentleman who pointed out all the desks and waited patiently while I contemplated the purchase. I ended-up purchasing a couple of items. Subsequently, I returned a portion of my purchase, no fault to the product - the items were not compatible with my laptop, and the customer service was very pleasant during both transactions. Before I started assembling the computer desk, I noticed that I had the wrong instructions, so I called the store, extremely agitated, and the manager immediately emailed me the instructions. I was not polite, during the phone with the manager, but he kept his composure, and was still very polite and respectful (awesome customer service - even-though I was very short and kind of rude!) With that said, I later found the instructions, inside the computer desk's box; yes - I'm that guy. "Hats-off" to the employees; really good customer service and I'm extremely happy with my purchases.

We had been to three different stores trying to find a washer and dryer with no luck. Angela welcomed us in and explained in detail the different aspects to different brands and helped us find a pair that was in stock and available for delivery when we needed. She was personable and helpful, and gave us peace of mind about making such a large purchase. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at this store because of the customer service given by Raven. She is so customer-focused and goes above and beyond to make certain that you have a great experience. Originally, I had purchased a Samsung washer & dryer and two big screen TVs. When I decided to replace all of my kitchen appliances, i knew I wanted to return to Electronics Express to work, again, with Raven. She is an asset to this store. Thx for the great service, Raven!

We do, but we are currently out of stock.
A normal store will occasionally have a scratch and dent appliance on the floor, but we try to allocate all scratch and dent appliances to our Opry Mills Outlet store.
They have several options but rates vary based on creditworthiness etc.
You'll have to fight that problem out with the store...best advise is to talk nice and present facts...If they still dont help you there is always the complaint letter route..once again, be nice. Wish you luck with your problem....
