I hadn't had Rally's for over 2 years, and was so excited to see this one when traveling. Boy, was that excitement short-lived. The fries were the only thing that didn't taste like they'd been sitting there drying out for hours! I don't go to Farmington often, but when I do, Rally's will not be where I eat.

Went hoping to resolve prior bad food. Was told since receipt 10 days old no resolve. In that 10 days I had Christmas out of town, was sick, misplaced and found receipt. Food was over $12. I'm old and disabled. Don't have $12 to contribute for really unedible wings.

I really like this place. I even bought a second car in England so I can use the other drive through if I feel like it.
