We enjoy visiting this Applebee's location with our 2 young children. The staff is very pleasant, service is great, the restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. We really appreciate the effort they put into having a family friendly environment.

Food was fine, but the waitress needed some help. Could not get orders straight and brought the bills about ten minutes after the last person in our group got her meal (a salad - which should have been one of the first orders out). We all felt rushed. There were no people waiting for tables. She asked for a go box and was given the small square white boxes - which was not large enough for her salad. The waitress finally brought back a larger container and said "they don't like for us to give these out. They are for take out orders." I think a bit if training is in order.

Update: This time we ordered online to pickup curbside. They appeared busy so guessing kitchen was swamped which was why we waited about 5 min. Food was good. Food was good. Waitress was great. Host was very unprofessional. Stated he wiped the table down but clearly he did not with salt and cup rings. Walking in the front door we were not greated for several minutes with wait staff walking right by us. Floors were filthy. Management is obviously very disconnected instead of being engaged with his staff and customers and needs to provide some oversight to bring this Applebee's around.

Prices went up and quality of food went down. Onion rings undercooked. Steak is so rubbery you’d be chewing for days. Mac and cheese is noodles with shredded cheese over it. Gross.
