I couldn't believe how simple and easy it was to rent a U-Haul. I never done it before but I was able to rent a U-Haul pick up the couches I needed and return U-Haul without any problems and no extra charges. Very straightforward

They worked with us to get a one-way rental that turned out to be cheaper than round trip. The only problem we had was I went in a week early to reserve a truck and when we came to pick it up they didn't have the size we had reserved. They gave us a bigger truck saying they would charge the lower amount for the smaller truck. That solved the money issue but we really didn't need a truck that big. So I don't know why we registered a week early. Also, they had to fill out a bunch of web forms while we watched and waited. Both reserving and picking up the truck took a long time compared to what I want to spend doing it. But it all worked out and we got our stuff moved. Again. They were helpful with making the cost as low as possible.
