I went yesterday to get my Husband's Script and it was for 30 days. I went to the counter and asked for tge 90 days it was unreasonable to pay for 30 if ninety is tge same price plus convince right. Oh we can't do that you already checked you out nexted time. Several times they have done this for me in the past. Wouldn't comply..Total disregard for customer service.

Should have read reviews before trying CVS. I dropped my sick 6 year old daughters script off today since Publix pharmacy doesn’t have it in stock. The lady in CVS drive though window said they would have to request the script to be transferred and fill it today. So, I dropped the entire form off and left. Well, 5 hours later I call to check and they don’t have it. They said they never received it. She’s not in their system. They said no one there recalls a script being dropped off and the person I physically gave the script to must have left already. So, my 6 year old is still in blood curdling pain because of CVS sheer lack of professionalism and care. YOUR STAFF is responsible for a child’s pain and suffering right now. Disgusting. I’ll never go back to CVS for anything, vitamins, prescriptions, etc.

I had to get three scripts filled for my daughter and they were having issues because her insurance I guess went down, destiny and tony went above and beyond to try and help fix the issue, even trying to get the cheapest cash prices for me so I wasn’t paying too much out of pocket. Destiny was extremely patient and giggling with my daughter and she was just lovely! Couldn’t have had a better experience with those two.

This store is always busy. They have 1 lane for picking up drug orders and 1lane for dropping off new prescriptions. The same lone clerk mans them both. The pick up line can be incredibly long at times which interferes with cars trying to park to go in the store. Going inside to pick up prescriptions usually means waiting in a long line too. Front of store is OK. A little pricey so unless there's a really good sale, I get those kinds of things elsewhere.
