I had a vehicle reserved thru my Insurance Co. & on the day I was set up to pick it up, they called & said they didn't have any vehicles available. That messed up everything for me. I had to work the day they finally had a vehicle available & my hrs. were the same as their's. Then the Autobody place had to move me to a later date because they were backed up already. So, now I have a rental but the autobody place called & doesn't know when they're going to be able to have my car done. I'm kinda screwed now! Insurance only covers so long & my rental is being wasted because they didn't have my vehicle ready when they promised.

I used enterprise for an insurance claim. My car was T-boned. I picked the rental up and the young lady told me to not worry about the fuel because it was an insurance claim. After dropping the rental off Justin called me about the fuel, he basically called me a liar and that I wasn’t told this information. Yesterday, Justin calls me again. Justin said he had an open ticket and “a couple hundred dollars needed to be paid to close a ticket” I made him aware I wasn’t making any out of pocket purchases the money would come from State Farm or Progressive. I suggested he could call them. Or I would call them. He proceeded to remind me the purpose of his call was to collect payment. I repeated claim several timehe nesdidn’tcare to hthat. I disconnected the call. 2 min later Justin charges my card. I call him back and asked him why would he do that when I had just spoken to him and made him aware funds would come from the insurance company. Justin stated “I have no idea what you’re speaking on, all I did was close a ticket” he was rude, arrogant, extremely tough, and insensitive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND enterprise. I drove a black Toyota during my time and the car was terrible. It needed an obvious oil change, tire alignment, & air in the tire. The mischievousness, malice, inconsideration, rude behavior Justin provided was absolutely unacceptable. Justin, you should be ashamed of yourself and shouldn’t be working in customer service. You don’t have to work at this job, you should search other opportunities that’s not working with the community

5 stars for the excellent service I just received on my latest rental! I'm not sure what the new people names are but they did an excellent job. If you need a rental for a day or even a month Enterprise is the place to go! I want to thank Carla for such great service! I think she goes above and beyond every time! I have been dealing with Enterprise for many years and keep going back for the excellent service! CJ O'Rourke has been very helpful the last couple weeks! Every time I go in CJ is running the place by himself and doing it well! Thanks!

It's $230 a week for a full size car
You'll need a valid license or credit card with at least $300 on it because they will put a $200 hold on it which you won't be able to access until you return the rental.

Check for a Corporate ID. My workplace has one. I bet the state does also.
To start out with I work for Enterprise. Your mother and father can rent for you but there will be an extra cost to add you as a driver, but you can rent a mini-van with a debit card, now a large SUV that has 3rd row seating you will need a credit card.
