This dairyqueen is the worse, there is always something wrong with their scanner. Customer service is not consistent across the board. The staff always acts as they are being bothered when you get there. Yet they are not busy at all. They need to get fresh toppings , because I have been given stale toppings several times in my blizzard. I think it's time I start traveling to another DQ. 😒

I'd skip this DQ if I were you. Pretty terrible. I just wanted a hotdog and my wife wanted a blizzard. I asked for ketchup and mustard and watched the employee pull it out of a microwave and it went straight into the bag. They microwaved the whole thing with ketchup and mustard on it. I'll never try food here. My wife ordered a blizzard. All the toppings were on top and the bottom was just vanilla ice cream.
