Scheduling was simple and Amanda was excellent. The heating element was changed to solve our Samsung dryer. We were assessed $345. Will use them again for their prompt and expert repair!

I had a minor, very silly issue a couple of weeks ago where my dryer wouldn't start. I tried to press 'Start' and it just wouldn't power on. So I used Yelp to find an appliance repair tech and Atlanta City Appliance Repair was one of the first places to actually call me. I missed their call but the rep messaged me that she would make an appointment for two days later. The repair tech came when expected, and after a $65 service fee, I found out my dryer just had the child lock on. Lol. Pretty funny mistake but I'm glad that the service was so efficient, I couldn't not share my review. Pretty decent pricing if something was actually wrong with my dryer but at least now, I know who to call if I need it.

When we called them on Friday, they sent Gena the following day, who replaced the heating element in our dryer to correct it. Since then, no problem Recommend.

A little more than a week ago my eight year old LG washer started making weird noises. I called Atlanta City Appliance Repair the following Monday. A wonderful technician, Caelan, came the next afternoon and found that the motor needed to be replaced. Since the motor was under warranty, I thought I would give that a shot. Turns out, to replace the "under warranty" motor would have cost me between $500 to $700. I immediately called Caelan from Atlanta City Appliance Repair. Seems he could order the part and install it for $300 less than LG could do it. Caelan came this afternoon and repaired my washing machine. In less than 30 minutes he was finished! It works just fine now. Many thanks to Caelan and the wonderful staff at Atlanta City Appliance Repair for Great customer service, Great turn-around time and GREAT price. If we ever need to repair another appliance, we'll definitely call Atlanta City Appliance Repair!

Dear Joe, Our service call fee is $45 and it would be waived with completed repair. Also if you have high end appliances such as Viking, Dacor, Sub Zero etc then it would be $60. For any double ovens and stackable units we charge double service calls since it is required two technicians. Dear Customer. Thank you for your question. We have a few experienced techs that work on commercial ovens, freezers, refrigerators etc., and yes they repair appliances for restaurants, fast-food chains, bars etc.. Depending on your area, we can come to your business and perform diagnostic, please call our office for more information. As far as getting parts for commercial appliances, it is not a problem for us, we may be able to get some of them in a few days from our local supplier, but if it has to be ordered from a manufacture then it may take a little bit longer.
