Worst wholesale ever never have cigarillos on stock and orders always mess up they make you pay first 3 months cash knowing some businesses can’t do cash only checks please sign up with different distributor you get cheaper prices and better services only thing they’re good at and honestly is their delivery drivers they’re friendly and on time other than that garbage

No they don't they have resale items for convenience stores
No they sell items for resell most of them are convenient store items and you must have an account with tax id
