I ship container of second hand clothing every month to Africa. A few months back I wanted to try a different company and I call these guys ,they ask me where the container was going I told them Senegal. They refused and told me they have a buyer from Senegal already. I guess they have 1 buyer per states in the USA and 1 buyer per country for international. What a joke but later on I found out they themselves take containers to Senegal not another buyer

The Owners are Sweet people .. however they have poor management running the place. Karen has an horrible attitude and Isabel a Compulsive Liar and extremely un professional the level of complaints I received regarding her response and handling of customers are poor. I would not recommend anyone working here unless you are looking for a quick check
