I was suppose to receive a package yesterday. However when I go to track the package it states it has been stuck in the Bloomington processing facility since Saturday morning. I called the customer service number and I was told to file a claim and it’s going to take 8 days to investigate the problem. Seriously 8 days and all I asked was if I could come and get the package myself. Now I have to file a claim and wait 8 days for a package that is somehow lost in the UPS facility???

My package should have been delivered today as it has been sitting there for over a day. Supposed to have been delivered today. Called and they are closed on Saturdays... you know when most people who have a real job aren't at work.. called the store and they said I can pick them up Monday? You know when I'm at work over an hour away..

You have to call it in, hand it to driver, put in a drop box if it fits,or take it to a UPS drop off location. Drop off location is one of the two UPS stores or ISU bookstore.
That is true I work there. Online and the sign on the building say 6pm but closing time is 7pm Mon-Fri
