The lady here who answered the phone once I finally got the phone number that directly connects to the local office was rude, unprofessional and did not attempt to resolve my issue at all. Why even have a customer center if you're not going to even try to help your CUSTOMERS? I am so disappointed in UPS, I will never use them again, and I won't even purchase things off of Amazon if the item will be shipped via UPS. They have made the worst impression on me and their business model is about as dumb as a box of rocks trying to send themselves through UPS. If you want something to actually get to it's destination, use the good Federal Postal Service. They actually do their jobs.

I had to work on the day my package was arriving which required a signature, they were able to hold my package for me & staff are so friendly and wonderful!

I go here most every day easy drop off and the ladies that work the counter are very nice
