A lot of rural stores share in this predicament as no matter what they order from their dist. center, they basically get only what they want to send them. Which is a nightmare for Mgmt because they get reamed from customers and in most cases it's not their fault. I have been guilty of raising hell for the same reason until I was educated on the problem.
