They had a beautiful home there. Price list was in the home. However, once I called to discuss the pricing it ended up being $20,000 more in other costs not mentioned. Too bad people can not be more up front about costs.

The homes were absolutely stunning!! I'm not too sure on prices bc we didn't get to talk to anyone bc we stopped in after business hours (but they keep the doors open to the modules so people are still able to go in and look around. We only got to look at 3, but boy oh boy, they sure were gorgeous!! I really appreciated the effort that the homes were staged. Made them look even nicer!
