Beautiful place to relax during a hot day. Short walk to the falls from the parking area. Rocky area close to fall is typically a little tedious to traverse so bring solid grippy shoes and a swim suit of its warm out. It is enter at your own risk. Also obviously lots of mosquitoes in the warmer months. It is a water feature so should be expected. Bring a camera, a lunch and something you don't mind getting wet in.

Easy, short hike to a beautiful falls. Parking is on the south side of the road, cross the road and trail is next to the power building.

An amazing waterfall to visit. A short walk from the parking lot to the falls. Bring the kids. Have a picnic. Let the sound of the falls release the stress of everyday life.

A short walk from where you park but a spectacular waterfall! One side is shallow, great for kids to splash in. The opposite side is deep and you can jump in from one of the many large rocks surrounding the area. Water shoes would be nice to bring as the bottom is all small rocks that feel much sharper due to the cold temperature of the water. Be careful climbing on the waterfall itself, it is quite slippery.

Depends on the weather, so this weekend might be good - it's hit or miss on people, but usually not really big crowds. Falls run better after some rain.
Yes
I've never had a problem parking hiking to or viewing the falls. As far as I know it is open to the public without restrictions of any kind. If you are looking to purchase the real estate, I don't have any advice.
You can, but there are quite a few rocks close to the falls. I would recommend a carrier over a stroller.
Not at the falls. There's a small pool for swimming or wading only
This time of year it's like that every time I go.... My favorite time is February...the falls are just rushing and so is the river... It's almost deafening... Like the guy b4 me said I really think it depends on the rain fall...
