I waited for an hour to be told it was too late to take the test. No posted signs saying this. On top of that she had a road test and everyone had to leave the building because she was the only one there. It was 90 degrees and people were standing outside. Only open 2 days a week, may as well close it period. And she was rude. Go to Elizabeth City, worth the trip.
