If you want half filled orders and hair in your food then this is the place for you! The inside doors were open and I went in. Proceeded to be ignored for 3 min with many looks from employees. Then was finally greeted with "drive thru only". Well alrighty. So to the drivethru. Ordered 2 medium chocolate frostys. What I got was 2 half filled cups, one of which had hair wrapped around it. Full length hair. Yum. Naturally, no recipt so I'm sure the management, if even addressed, will deny proof. Also, worked in food in beverage before and hair is supposed to be securely tied or in a net FOR THIS VERY REASON. Hair is not sanitary people!

There are only 4 cars in line for the drive thru and I have been here for the past 20 min...waiting. 4 cars ordering does not take this long. This is completely unacceptable, unnecessary, and unprofessional. Don't go here if your on a time crunch. Also, inside they are pushy for tips which is super unprofessional. Expanding my review after getting my food: my 2 burgers (one as a large combo, the other as just a burger) came out to be $28+. I was overcharged. I asked for a recipt and was flat out told "no". The food was eh, stale buns, cold fries. But the service is just unacceptable. Wendys, look into this management team, you've got work to do.

Worst service ever! We had to wait 5 minutes for our food while the girl at the drive thru carried on a conversation with two guys in the car ahead of us. When we did get the burger, it was cold!

Pretzel pub cheeseburger was flavorless. Lots of sauce and pickles but it strangely cancelled each other out and left me only tasting my Mello Yellow! The burger itself was juicy but there just wasnt any good flavors coming through, very dissapointed.

They do not have any precautions for the employees. No masks and not even handwashing after dealing with money and then touching people's food.
