Should’ve read all the reviews before going …… the advertisements is very misleading and watch out for the faster talker’s at the desk it’s all a distraction trust me, when one is asking about your experience while the other talking about something else and handing you the ipad to sign also the bill will go from $29 to $118 and find yourself in a whole membership. They not once mention anything about cancellation policies!!! Watch out for those desk vultures !!!! I haven’t had a issue with the Doctors . Oh yeah cancellation policy is not like the corporate website states it’s not as easy in 4 steps but I will be going on to BBB for that issue.

Dr Bill & Dr Titus are great! I don’t usually use chain locations for services because they always feel unwelcoming and seeing the same person regularly is almost impossible because chains are like revolving doors when it comes to staff. However, I went in one day just to try it out. I’m peculiar and I don’t like my neck cracked. I disclosed this with Dr Bill and he made me comfortable and found other ways/ areas around my neck to help relieve pain. I liked that he took the time to help with pain while navigating my dislike for ripping off my head. Because of his approach I ended up bringing in my daughter to see him and now we see him weekly! It’s a walk-in, no appointment type of place. Plenty of parking at this location… if for some reason there’s a short wait there’s always a Petsmart next-door you can go visit the animals & maybe adopt one :)

I have been having neck and back issues for the longest. I began coming to The Joint (Culver City) since early November. Dr Titus has been the one adjusting me and he definitely knows that he is doing. Most of the stiffness has eased and I have noticed an immediate improvement in my posture. I definitely recommend this location because there staff are friendly as well.

The joint is a chiropractic place where you can go after a long day after work and get your joints back in shape. It's a professional environment. Ready to help you get your body back to it's best. Oh and they are hiring.

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.

Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
