I hate working out so I literally never look forward to going here. But I still show up because it’s the easiest way to get actual results and recently “crushed” my 50th class. All the coaches and staff are motivating and helpful. Additionally, I’ve been to other OTF locations in major cities, and the Fayetteville location appears to have the newest equipment. My one complaint would be the basic music playlists, but I assume some members enjoy them.

I am a super NEWBIE! Just finished my 13th class with the 8.45a crew and I am LOVING this journey so far. If it wasn't for the music, coaching, & pace/variety of the workouts it would have been one more fitness routine I started & stopped. It took me 11 years to get out of shape & I am enjoying getting back in with OTF! Everyone is amazing, helpful, and encouraging! Oh and the gym is spotless! It truly is the most inclusive, diverse gym I have ever been a part of! I am so happy my journey brought me to OTF FAY, NC!

I just started not too long ago but everyone there is so kind and helpful. They’re encouraging too. I love the class structure. I never have to worry about what workout to do and I know when I’m done I’m going to leave feeling like I put in the work. I highly recommend anyone wanting to get back into working out, wanting to push themselves, or just looking for a place that’s welcoming.

Coach Matt & the Coaches here have built the most motivating, inclusive, welcoming, and diverse studio I’ve ever been a part of in my 25+ years of being a gym member. I’d almost given up on group workouts until I came here. I enjoy the people here and Coach Matt’s 6:15a class playlist is incredible!

It’s our top priority to keep our staff and members safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. As recommendations and data change rapidly, our Medical Advisory Board is working hard to ensure studios follow CDC guidance, in addition to state and local government guidance. We recommend contacting your local studio for more information.
If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.
Book your first workout by signing up online or calling the Orangetheory studio most convenient for you. Once you have an Orangetheory Fitness membership, download the Orangetheory Fitness app. With the app you will be able to easily view schedules, book classes and get access to the latest intel.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
OTbeat™ is our exclusive heart rate monitoring technology. Members have the unique experience of seeing real-time data during their workout, enabling them to push themselves to new limits. After class, they can then monitor their improvements through emailed results and by using the Orangetheory Fitness app.
No, they are set group classes and they only use their own membership
