Yes, we made an appointment as we were instructed to do by our installer. Met with Diane. She was very helpful in the selection process. There is a lot to choose from, but we quickly narrowed down our choices with Diane's expert help.

Great selection and products but salesperson, Diane Bolger, was rude and obnoxious. She needs to rethink her career in sales since she is not a nice person. Still have two more bathrooms to remodel and I will not purchase my tiles at this location because of her.

Terrible customer service. We were never acknowledged when we walked into the store. There were no other customers. The woman working at the desk never looked up, never said " Hello" never asked if we needed assistance or said. " Good bye" when we walked out if the store. We were prepared to buy tile...wont ever go back.
