The wait time is ridiculously long and the staff is not friendly accept for one young lady who is actually kind and have great customer service. The other staff don't even try to acknowledge you when you are standing there waiting to order. Also the food is always cold! Will not go back there again and I honestly don't recommend this Wendy's unless you want to be frustrated and eat cold food!

This place is horrible!!! Do not go here!!! Several times I have been here to pick up an online order placed at least 20-30 minutes before I arrived and NEVER has it been ready or even started before I got there. I have still waited for 10-15 minutes each time for them to prepare my order while I watch 5-7 others both in the drive thru and inside the store come after me, place their order, and receive their food and drive away while I stand there and watch and wait. At least 5 times I have experienced this at this location. The staff is rude, unprofessional, uncaring, and unfocused, with no direction, focus or sense of urgency. Where is the management and team leadership? It is non existent and disgraceful. Intervention is necessary at this store by the corporate office that oversees this operation. I would be embarrassed to be associated with this store. Shame on you guys for not taking any pride in what you do!

Walked into Wendy's and was told the lobby was closed even though the door was open. I was told that they were only accepting drive through orders. That is not normal for a fast food restaurant.

This place is TRASH. I'm still in line. I've been in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes. Don't come here. You're better off going to the Price Rite in Mount Claire Junction and buying something to cook at home. I promise you it's probably faster than this place. Plus, the associates are rude. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. The one star it got is far too generous. The fact that I've typed all of this, yet I'm still in the same place I was when I decided to write this review is telling. 🤣 Don't come here.
