Loved this Micky Ds. Clean and comfy. Workers were real nice and friendly. Food was hot and fresh.

Almost received drinks for the same order twice because the cashier left her register and went outside the store after asking what drinks we were ordering from the in-store kiosk (which she had made and given to us before leaving her register). Although we paid for our order at the kiosk, some of the drinks were presented to us twice. When our order came forth --even though we were honest enough to identify that we received some of our drinks already-- another young lady who presented our order cursed the missing cashier and angrily and aggressively snatched the drinks back, complaining and cussing about the missing cashier. We as customers neither disrespected this young lady or did anything wrong. Why she displayed her lack of humility before us and towards us is beyond me. As for the the timing of receiving our order I feel that it was efficient enough. However, I feel there needs to be an overhaul on their Customer Service training. Any great business begins and thrives when Customer Service is a priority.

I hate to be that guy but if I could give this zero stars I would I have lived in Baltimore my entire life and never have I ever had a good experience at this location IM a big McDonald’s fan so it’s not that I’m being a hater. This is seriously one of the nations worst locations which is especially sad because I handful of years ago they got a remodel. They stand out experience was walking into the bathroom to find it covered in blood. But to be honest the long wait times are somehow more disturbing than that experience

Good for standard McDonald's fare. Quick, easy, convenient, but don't expect high quality food. it's a good tasting, quick, cheap meal for people on the go who don't have time to stop, sit, and eat
