Honest review here. Just my two cents. This place was awesome a couple of years ago but does seem to be degrading a bit. The coaches are not engaging and often rude to the class. My daughters' coach will give an order and then spend the next ten minutes talking to the other coaches in a huddle while the class does the routine. Not surprised as they seem like high school girls and haven't got the patience or demeanor of an older teacher just yet. I believe this place is good for keeping our kids entertained but not really good for parents that want their child to learn gymnastics. This is basically an indoor playground. I think the turnover rate for "coaches" is pretty bad currently, which is to be expected given the poor job market. The fact that they shortened the classes and then raised the rate per month irks me but whatever. I'm sure they found they can fit another class in the work day without having to pay the coaches more. That's a business trying to turn a profit so I don't fault them too much for that. I do wish they'd figure out the parking of the facility. I've given up trying to find a parking spot and just park where I can in the grass at the street. Also, as other reviews have mentioned, the upstairs viewing area is pretty gross. They'd be good to give it a deep clean once or twice a week. In the end, my daughter leaves every class wanting to come back so my irritations with the facility are more of just my own grumblings. We're there and not leaving it due to her seeming to enjoy it.

Negative, mostly elementary and middle school aged kids. You may be able to contact them and ask if they know anywhere who does though.
You have to try out for all stars. If you don't have the skills, they will put you in the class that is fitting. Some of the skills you need to do: Climb rope Bar pullover Handstand into back bend Backbend kickover And several others. They won't put you in there until you have the skills.
Everything is on a class training course.
They have camps weekly through the first week of August. There is info in Photos or by calling their office.
They'll teach you everything you need to know for class. They have a class for every age and level. Wear a leo or a tighter shirt with shorts. Come prepared to work. :)
