We celebrated my daughters 4th birthday here and it was amazing!! The main reason it was so good was hands down because of our host BAILEY!!!! He was beyond great! I hope he is still there by next year just so we can book another party and request him! Hope he gets something out of this because he deserves it! Thanks for the awesome birthday party!

Unfortunately, have to give this place a 1 star. Took my kids to get out of the house and have some fun, it was our first time there. The staff didn’t help my son (7 years old) put the harness on to climb the rock wall & didn’t help him clip in to climb the wall or unclip when he was done, I had to ask several times and at one point help him myself. My son was then on the rope course in the air and got scared, my daughter couldn’t get back to him to help and I had to beg the staff member to help my son a few times until he finally did. My kids were then playing on the ropes in the ball pit area and my son ended up falling and hurting himself. The staff members again saw him crying and me trying to help him, and did nothing. My 13 year old daughter had to help him out of the ball pit. My kids begged to leave, which they never do that and wanted to go to skyzone instead. Paid $80 just to leave after 35 minutes and my kids asked to never go back. Very disappointed in this place as well as the staff & definitely upset I wasted so much money & my kids did not even enjoy their time. Will not be back.
