changing review to 5 stars -- EXCELLENT customer service. THANK YOU. My new sump pump and battery backup work exactly as they should - perfect. The WiFi alerts are an added bonus. I had problems with the WiFI component, but Zoeller helped me to resolve this issue. This system gives me peace of mind. Thank you for the product and service. ........UPDATE.......... 4 months later (and 2 home power outages) and battery backup sump pump continues to function flawlessly. No issues. Offers such a peace of mind.

Make sure the float/ball isn't jammed in the off position. If that doesn't work, go to zoellerpumps.com, scroll to the bottom and click of Product Support/Troubleshooting. There is contact information if you need help not covered on the page.
You are always welcome to stop by the main office and ask. I know they are always looking for good employees. My advice would be to bring an updated resume to the main office and ask for an application.

You have to know someone to get hired in. I was only hired in cause I knew someone. Everyone starts on nightshift. $15 hourly. Insurance isn't the greatest. Get a bonus check of about $2 to $3000. Best of luck
