So is it common for people to sit in this place for hours while they skip over them for people who haven't been in the shop more than a few minutes? Is this supposed to be professional? Is this how Myrtle runs its businesses?

I've always had a great visit going there. ALSO... They are very busy in there. I'm sure it wasn't intentional if they did. Those are good spirited people in there.
