All the techs are friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly up front and honest. They gave me a free diagnosis. I agreed to the repair; the price was fair; and turnaround time was quick. While making the repairs, they accidentally broke an internal part. But instead of charging me for the mistake, they admitted it was their fault and ordered a new part to be installed at no charge. The owner should be congratulated for the way they do business and for the training he gives his staff. If you live in the area, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for computer work.
