Bought my daughter a used flute for school and decided to bring it here to have it looked at to make sure it was playable. I’m so glad I did, Ray was knowledgeable and friendly , he looked over the entire instrument and told us everything that needed to be repaired. I was a bit nervous as he was telling me what needed repaired because I thought it was going to cost more than I paid for the flute. But his price was really reasonable and affordable for everything that he had to do. I Highly recommend Ray! *Ray, it wasn’t you that made me nervous and I don’t want you or anyone to think that as a negative. The whole visit was very pleasant and you did great on explaining all the repairs that were needed and what those repairs did for the instrument.

Mr. Ray is a miracle worker, he took a 50+ year old trumpet that was pretty well locked up, bent, and broken and returned it to a playable instrument. This was my dad’s and I wanted my son to play it as well. The night I took it home and my son played it he said “this sounds much better than mine”. Music to my ears! Mr. Ray was very reasonable on his estimate and even came in under that estimate. I am over the moon happy with the service I received, I highly recommend Mr. Ray for your repair needs. Absolutely amazing place to take your instrument for repairs and maintenance. My daughter had an issue with her saxophone, kept taking it to fuller music to be fixed and her saxophone never sounded like it did when we first got it. Took her saxophone here and her saxophone sounds better now than when we got it. Ray is amazing with these instruments and is fair in prices. I will always tell people to take their instruments to him.

I wish I could give a better rating then just 5 stars. I can’t recommend this business enough. This wonderful little shop, always takes care of us when we come in, but today they went above and beyond. Replacing a part for my sons saxophone at no cost, and taking the time to teach me and allowing me to record some tips on how to properly secure said piece was truly to kind for words. He oiled his instrument for us, and offered to have my son come in and go over everything again in person. Always sweet conversations while I am there, and so very encouraging. These guys are the best at what they do and are truly there to help, educate, and take care of your needs!
