Fantastic pizza, sides and service! We were driving from Colorado back to the DFW area and it was the perfect stop. Highly recommend the delicious pizza and cheesy garlic bread! The owner was so nice and thoughtful. It is off the main route thru town, but take the short drive to this pizza place and you'll be so glad you did! Wichita Falls is so much more than what you see from 287.

I was so excited to try this place for the high rating. Unfortunately I was served mold at this location. You can see the fuzzy mold on the canoli in the picture. I did not realize there was mold until I had taken a bite of it. I went back inside and was refunded the money for the molding canoli. The staff did not seem to care for my well-being and I can say I will not being returning to this place. I've worked at a pizza place before. So, I know that they are supposed to be double checking their products and making sure everything has proper dates which clearly is not being done at this location. If you choose to eat here please triple check your food. Maybe even ask about the dates when it comes to the food you are ordering.

I wasn't in the mood for Chicago deep dish, so we got a hand tossed enforcer change meatballs for bacon. The taste reminded me of a pizza hut pan pizza with better toppings. It wasn't that it was lacking so to speak. It just didn't stand out to me.

We've ordered pizza multiple times and the pizza is great. However, today I ordered a garden salad as well ($7.99). I used Door Dash for the first time as I wanted the order delivered. The salad was covered in a layer of shredded cheese. As I started to plate the salad I noticed the lettuce wasn't looking good. Much of the lettuce was brown and slimy. It was inedible and I wasn't going to risk food poisoning. I realize lettuce can get wilted, but this was not the case... it had gone bad. I called Chicago Pizza and asked to speak with a supervisor. She was polite as I explained my concern and requested a refund for the salad. I offered to send a picture of my salad to them as proof if needed and suggested they check their lettuce bin and/or salads before more went out. She told me I'd need to obtain a refund from Door Dash. She did not apologize at all for the salad issue. I followed the Door Dash protocol for reporting an issue, but they only offer credit. Although I followed the steps twice, the credit never processed; it just gets stuck loading when you select to accept the credit. I'm giving it 2 stars because the pizza is great, but a simple apology for the salad would have gone a long way.
