Amazingly and professionally, Tara just went beyond expectations to get a prescription changed and ready for my husbands surgery on Monday! We generally use Iowa Park Pharmacy (excellent service and great staff) for convenience and ease, yet I would recommend Market a street to everyone! Thank you, Tara!

We have always loved Market Street pharmacy in WF - until recently. Last week my husband called in a prescription that they hadn’t gotten when I got there about 11 am. They told me it wouldn’t take long to fill if I wanted to wait. An HOUR AND A HALF later I walked out without it. I have to work, I have children at home. This took a huge chunk of my day. Today, I needed to pick up an antibiotic for my 1-year-old. The doctor called it in just before 1 pm. I called the pharmacy asking about flavoring, and they said it was already flavored. I said great! I’m on my way, I’ll be there soon. I arrived approx. 20 minutes after that call at 1:45 pm. I was told it wasn’t ready yet, but it would be ready in about 30 minutes. At this point, I have a few minutes to spare, and he really needs this antibiotic, so I decided to wait. I went back in at 2:30 and was told that it would be another 10-15 minutes. I am standing right there! I am a customer waiting for you to fill an essential medication and have to be somewhere at 3, so I couldn’t wait any longer. After a long conversation in the back, the clerk came back up and told me it would still be 10-15 minutes. I am so beyond frustrated. There are very few people at the pharmacy, as the lunch rush had passed. I am standing there, it would be courteous and the right thing to do to just fill the antibiotic while I’m there. I will be switching pharmacies to due the horrid customer service the past few weeks coupled with the inability to fill my prescriptions in a timely manner - with no apologies.

Very professional and friend atmosphere. Receptionist, Cindy, is super nice and checks you in fast. Dr. Chris has very nice bedside manners . He is pretty empathetic and compassionate and will get to the source of your problem! I will definitely return!
